Your order will be shipped with the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Lapsaky will not be held responsible for orders which are lost or damaged during transit. We can insure your package for you, for an additional $2.50 (for orders up to $100) for USPS shipping. Please contact us if you wish to purchase insurance.
With UPS shipments, insurance is automatically included for orders up to $100.
Lapsaky insures all orders of $100 or more (included in the free shipping offer). In some cases we may also ask for signature confirmation for orders going to apartments, due to the high incidence of packages being left at the wrong apartment.
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or is underliverable for any reason, and we used the address you provided, then we will charge you shipping to send it out a second time (even if the first shipment was for an order over $100 with free shipping). If the shipping mistake was our mistake, we will ship your package again with no additional charge.
For international shipments, we recommend that you purchase insurance. Shipping is not free for any international shipments, even if the order is $100 or more. The insurance rate may vary depending upon the destination country. Please contact us to confirm insurance rate before you complete your order.
